What are Flamers?

Individuals that love to make unfounded statements and slam their fellow board members.  ( I have found it disturbing at best that people can say whatever they wish about one another and there is no accounting done. )

These are  individuals that like to use a public forum to air their dirty laundry and make inflammatory statements about their fellow  board members. 

Most of the time these are individuals committing Slander and Libel.  ( Definition of Slander & Libel )

Individuals that  have a lack of social skills to talk out a problem one on one with another individual. So they opt to use cyberspace as their buffer.

Individuals that have nothing constructive to add to the board but are looking for notoriety so post when an individual is being flamed. Or post only to flame individuals.

In some cases individuals that cannot follow simple instructions or stop when a founder or the individual being flamed asks for the string to stop so they keep a flame string alive by beating a dead horse. ( if the string dies there is no notoriety )

In all cases these are individuals that have no idea of proper Etiquette and Protocol.

( Just My Opinion )

In short it is my opinion that a Flamer has no worth to a Club Board. These individuals are either misguided or just plain unaware as to how childish and foolish they appear. These individuals have nothing of worth to add to a string and are just taking up space on the board that can be put to better use by an honorable person and a constructive topic.
