Purrrrr!
Meeooow!
I have a lovely pussycat,
Who'd love to curl-up on your lap;
And if you stroke her velvet fur,
My lovely pussy cat will purr.
Purrrrr!
It's not that she'd accept bon-homme
From any rude or vulgar Tom;
And certainly she'd turn down flat,
Advances from some alley-cat.
Meeooow!
But in the Boudoir's perfumed air,
She broods upon some deep affair;
Then slumbers on the feather bed,
Her loosened limbs divinely spread.
Purrrrr!
And when she wakes, my pussycat
Is such an agile acrobat;
She'll stalk whatever flies or crawls,
And loves to play with fluffy balls.
Meeooow!
But let your touch be warm and fond,
My pussycat will soon respond;
And she'll not think it so remiss
If you adore her with a kiss.
Purrrrr!
And then my sweet, young pussycat
Will curl about and warm your lap;
And as you please and pamper her,
Oh, how my pussycat will purr!
Meeooow!
Purrrrr!
